A risk assessment on a varied and large system such as Alaska’s oil and gas infrastructure is a complex project; an independent peer review and extensive public input is important to help the state determine the best approach. Public Comments

The public comment period on the "Proposed Risk Assessment Methodology" closed on June 2, 2009. All comments received are posted on the Documents page. The State Agency Oversight Team is considering all submitted comments and the input received at public meetings in May.

The State Agency Oversight Team and Project Manager welcome any additional comments at any time. Comments may be submitted to Ira Rosen, Project Manager at ira.rosen@alaska.gov.
