The project team has conducted an extensive review of the comments from public, state and federal agencies, industry and the National Academy of Sciences.  A report that includes a response to public comments is now available.  The project team has released a North Slope Spills Analysis which compiles and analyzes causal information associated with the North Slope pipeline spills.

The North Slope Spills Analysis investigated risks to Alaska’s crude oil infrastructure by identifying available spill data, identifying causal factors, and analyzing the role of age-related factors in causing spills from crude oil infrastructure on the North Slope.  Final project reports are now available and posted on the Documents page.
