June 1, 2010: All areas of Alaska, including both urban and rural (those areas not served by the Federal Aid Highway System) will transition to 15 ppm diesel fuel for all:
August 1st, 2010: Pipelines and terminals. October 1st, 2010: Retail and wholesale purchaser-consumer (WPC). December 1, 2010: 15 ppm sulfur content diesel fuel must be in retail facilities in the rural areas (in-use). |
