EMISSION
FEE ANNUAL REPORTING
The emission fee
reporting season for the upcoming Fiscal Year is underway.
Predictions of emissions
are due to ADEC no later than March 31st of each year,
Standard permit
conditions in all permits issued by the Department require that Annual Emission
Fee estimates be submitted to the department no later than March 31st of each calendar year. If you fail to meet
this deadline for submitting emission fee estimates, the department must charge
for the full Potential to Emit (PTE).
Invoices for
Emission Fees are sent out each July. Please do not
send emission fee payments in along with your estimates. Please wait to make
your payment until you receive an invoice from DEC.
The department
appreciates the cooperation and assistance of industry in making the emissions
predictions in a timely manner. The department accepts emissions predictions
annually between January 1st and March 31st.
Emission Fee
Rates are set by Regulation, 18 AAC 50.410.
Please note that new emission fee regulations are currently being
drafted.
