The Drift River Terminal as seen from the air on May 1, 2009. The terminal is located at the base of Mt. Rdoubt, a volcano that became active in January 2009. After two out loads by tanker only 7 percent of the previously stored 6.2 million gallons of crude oil remains in tanks 1 and 2. The shadow on the left side of the image is one of the aircaft's propeller blades. (Coast Guard photo/PA1 Sara Francis)
