Michael Janiga and Bill Dayton from the Office of the Inspector General, United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hosted three live seminars and one web cast seminar across the State of Alaska to provide guidance to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) recipients.
