For TMDLs currently approved in Alaska, adherence to a SWPPP that meets the requirements of the CGP are assumed to be consistent with the approved TMDL. TMDLs which are for pollutants other than sediment and turbidity will not normally apply to your SWPPP. If you have questions about SWPPP requirements, please contact William Ashton 269-6283.
