DEC is considering a language change to the current criterion for dissolved oxygen protection for the intake water used for seafood processing. The marine water-seafood processing criterion is found in 18 AAC 70.020(b)(15)(A)(ii). DEC is also considering updating analytical methods citations to be consistent with EPA’s approved analytical methods for Clean Water Act purposes.
